NUS-USI Disabled Students Officer
Richard is a recent graduate in MEng (Hons) Computer Science and Professional Experience at Queen’s University. In his spare time, Richard works with students with learning disabilities and those who deal with mental health. He has many ambitions in life, those which are to work in the industry for a few years and eventually enter the field of Cyber Security. Richard would also like to work with young people given his experiences so far working with individuals in workshops, ambassador programs, as well as volunteering schemes.
Richard has acted as a mentor during his degree. Being in the role of Lead Mentor in the School of Electronics, Electrical Engineering and Computer Science as well as course and module representative for students in the entire course, Richard is more than familiar on how to represent diverse groups of people and is very excited for the new role as NUS-USI Disabled Students’ Officer.
