The National Society of Apprentices (NSoA) works with more than 120 training providers and employers, representing over 150,000 apprentices from all sectors and industries, across the whole of the UK.

They bring apprentices across the country together to discuss the things that matter to them and conduct research with thousands of apprentices.

NSoA has an elected leadership team who listen to what local groups of apprentices say, and speak to businesses, politicians and training providers about how to improve apprenticeships through areas such as:

  • Quality teaching and learning
  • The apprentice minimum wage
  • Access to sick pay
  • Access to childcare
  • A kite mark for excellent apprenticeships
  • Cost of travel
  • Careers advice
